Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. Non-compliances and exemptions are listed below.

Adaptable/Input Assistance
- Siteimprove flags two errors from the Google’s reCAPTCHA which are: Text area has no description; HTML is used to format content.
Navigable
- Same link text is used for multiple different destinations (“View details” link for each vacancy)
Predictable/Compatible
- Some form controls do not have a corresponding label or have an empty label. Most of these will be flagged where Google’s reCAPTCHA is being used
- Missing button in form – this error is flagged up by Siteimprove because it can’t detect that the website has been created using ASP.NET Web Forms
- Some tables across the website have table headers that are empty

Testing

We regularly carry out accessibility tests on our websites to make sure they are compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. We use Wave and Siteimprove Chrome extension tools to help us identify and fix usability and accessibility issues.
